This service provides a bespoke, production-ready cage design intended for submission to the BAWR Co-Creation & Customization Program. You receive a fully specified digital design that you may take directly to BAWR for manufacturing through their official process.

I focus on real-world wearability, anatomical accuracy, and manufacturability, ensuring that the design you receive is not just visually compelling, but practical to produce and comfortable to wear.

What You Receive

How the Process Works

1. Initial Consultation (Email)
   After purchase of this listing, we’ll begin with an email conversation to discuss what you’re looking for — including style, fit goals, constraints, prior experience, and any reference designs. This step is exploratory and ensures we’re aligned before any design work begins.
2. Design Scope & Quote
   Based on our discussion, I’ll define the scope of the design and provide a custom price quote reflecting the complexity, features, and revision needs of your project.
3. Payment & Design Start
   Once the quote is approved and payment is received, I’ll begin the design work. This includes modeling the cage specifically for your requirements and preparing it for BAWR’s Co-Creation manufacturing workflow. I will set up a shared space for us to collaborate on your design where you can contribute to design notes, view interim models, and make comments.
4. Test Cages
   You will have the option to purchase test cages during the process directly from me. These can either be unfinished prints made on a desktop FDM printer or quality nylon prints made by an industrial machine.
5. Delivery & Revision
   You’ll receive a manufacturing-ready STEP file..
6. Submission to BAWR
   You submit the finalized design directly to BAWR through their Co-Creation & Customization Program for manufacturing.
7. Revision round if necessary
   If BAWR cannot produce the design for whatever reason, one round of revisions to the design is included in the service.
