Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship orders as quickly and clearly as possible. Because many of our products are printed on demand, shipping timelines can vary by item.

Processing Time

  • Sizing rings and tetherspout measurement sounds are typically in stock and ship same or next business day.
  • Nylon or metal cages are will take 20 or more business days.
  • Most other items are printed on demand and require additional production time before shipping.
    These items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

USPS Tracking Updates

Orders shipped via USPS may show limited or no tracking updates immediately after the shipping label is created. It’s common for tracking to update only after the package reaches a regional sorting facility, which can take 24–72 hours. USPS tracking updates can be… aspirational during the first 24–72 hours.

This does not mean your order hasn’t shipped — it simply reflects how USPS processes scans. The day you get the email is the day USPS received the package. 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to many destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international shipments can vary due to customs processing. Our responsibility for an order ends when the order leaves the United States.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays & Exceptions

Because items are produced on demand, occasional delays can occur due to production capacity, material availability, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
