Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from us. While we don’t accept returns, we do offer refunds in certain situations and we’re always happy to review concerns fairly.
No Returns, But Refunds Are Available
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if something isn’t right with your order, please reach out — we may be able to issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with a brief description of the issue. Photos are appreciated when relevant and help us resolve things faster.
When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds may be approved for situations such as:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage that occurred during shipping
- Receiving the wrong item
- The product being materially different from its description
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Fit, comfort, or personal preference issues
- Normal cosmetic variation or surface finish differences
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care
- Items that were sized, customized, or made to order, unless defective
- For design services, once design has begun
- For custom devices, once measurements are received
Because of hygiene and safety considerations, all items are considered final sale once delivered.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
