10 mm "wide" (shaft contact area) sizing rings. These are the same dimensions as Badass Workroom's flat rings. If you are going with a narrower ring, you may want to add 2 mm to your actual ring if you are going for a snug fit.
Rings are labeled so you never need to measure them.
